Blah. I should go to the gym after rehearsal tonight but I have so much homework to do…
And I have already failed myself the past few days and eaten/will have eaten 1000 calories. It’s odd because I used to be pleased with myself if I only ate 1000 calories but now that seems way too much to me.
I did so well the past few days then ruined it all with a binge tonight.
But the next 10 days (before Thanksgiving Break) I can eat 800 calories tops. And I must go to the gym for 1-2 hours.
I’m going to do this. I am. I must. I am so sick of being fat.
Tomorrow I will eat only 1 apple for brunch, carrots for a snack, spaghetti and vegetables for dinner. Approximately 500 calories. No fucking more.
